Listen to this guy - this is a great build! Much better than what you picked out (no offense, but it is), and still in the budget range of $2,500. If he really want a 1TB drive, tell him he'll be sacrificing gaming quality for it, and if it's still worth it to him, then get an 8800GT instead of a GTS, or the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L instead of the P5K-E motherboard.

The coolermaster PSU is plenty of power for this build, and decently reliable as well. And the nice sound card will make a HUGE difference in sound quality as well!
