The box is very descriptive if not very attention grabbing. Then again, for most seasoned computer builders, its what is inside that counts for anything.

Paint job is top notched, being a baby smooth and high gloss black. Unfortunately, this makes it into a fantastic fingerprint magnet. The front of it looks good and the layout of the drives and buttons are solid.

The back of this case involves 3 80mm vents for exhaust. My question was why not include the fans? There is no point in just including a 120mm intake and have no exhaust fans. Come on Aerocool, 80mm fans cost a dime a dozen for you guys.

The interior of this computer is a true double decker. You can actually flip off the top of the case to work exclusively with the motherboard, as you will see later. Now aside from the double decker design, there really isn't too much to boast about inside the M40. One issue I can immediately see is that the dual hard drive cage is way to close to the PSU. This could present potential heat issues for the hard drives. We will see shortly if it actually does.

Here is the motherboard installed into the M40 and as you can see, there is a TON of space left for whatever I decide to do.

This is it for now. Next time I will be installing the Blue Orb on the motherboard as well as hooking up everything else.

Well...I booted it up and tried to install Windows and BAM! BSOD. Rather than panic though, I calmly deduced through trial and error that one of my sticks of RAM was defective. Now, because I wanted the heatsink to also cool my RAM I installed it over the RAM and now I need to remove the HSF to reinstall the RAM. More pictures will be posted tonight when I get home.
