Default My new build (gaming on a buget)

Right ive decided to start over with a new build and will be using my acer until it is finished.


parts bought already:
sapphire pure advanced am2 crossfire mobo-- £14.50 ebay (bargain!!! new!)Now back on ebay!
Coolermaster 690-- £49.99 ebuyer
Akasa heatsink compound -- £1.04 ebay
Western Digital WD2500KS 250GB Hard Drive -- £30.00 (theeddie)
Hiper HPU-4S425 425w -- £19.00 ( ebay) (will get thermaltake gpu power supply when i go crossfire)
AMD 64 LE 2.2ghz single core - £19.99 (will use the 3600 x2 in the build and put this cpu into the acer)

Nice, but I think 2x 3870s would be better after the price drop apparently coming in the next few days

If you must go AMD, the 5000+ BE is an absurd value right now, much better than Phenom, unfortunately. Meh.

would love it but im in the UK not good for parts
im looking at a 3600 ive heard they can clock to 3ghz and my mobos quite a good overclocker apparently. so would there be any difference between say a 3600 and 4200 etc?
and how much difference does the cpu make on gaming i thought it was more the gpu and you just had to have a sufficiently fast cpu to match the gpus lol

Update new processor for my current rig to free up the 3600 x2 in the good stepping (BH-G1) hoping to hit 3.1ghz with it.
