Windsor is a line of 90nm Athlon X2 and Athlon 64 FX processors. The name "Windsor" does not tell too much, except that it is 90nm, has a TDP of either 89w or 125w, uses socket AM2 or socket F, and is in the range of 2GHz to 3.2GHz. I'm not sure what the 2.1 stands for, as I'm sure it is not a revision code, and AMD has not released a 2100MHz Windsor.
For more information, you will either need to know the CPU model (3600+, 4400+, 5000+, etc - Download CPU-Z to get info) or actually remove the CPU, record the number string, and enter that into a CPU database.
