not really sure what you're going for...
first of all, the phenom's are well-known for being not worth the money
secondly, even if you are going for the socket AM2+ route, why did you get a nvidia gpu? I say if you're going to spend that kind of money on the AMD CPU and the AMD motherboard, get a AMD/ATI card so it will at least be crossfire-compatible if you want to upgrade in the future.

Overall, it's not really too bad... you're on the right track. I just think the configuration is a little out of wack.

If i did that card i would go over my 1.5k =[... can you get that mb wireless?...thx for all tips...also this is mostly just just for the fun of building it maby some gameing

if you're going to game on it, you're not going to see much of a performance difference between dual core and quad.
Unless, of course, you want your computer to do other things while you game...
