if you gonna build now definatly go for the 790FX board over the 780a, esp with ATi having more bang for the buck atm, with a pair of 4870's and go with the Tuniq tower for air cooling. I would probably recommend water cooling for the BE esp if you want to overclock her ...

ASUS sucks. I don't like their warranties, their service, or their products. They never have enough features on their AMD boards. Gigabyte has an okay warranty but it's based on the manufacture date. I talked to Foxconn and they were really helpful and their warranty service isn't bad and if I cause any damage due to overclocking, they said they'll still cover it.

Yeah I'm going with the AMD chipset because I've already got 2 x 4850's right now and soon I'll get 2 x 4870's so it would make since to go with Crossfire instead of just using 1 card.

More than likely what I'll do is buy the RAM on sale in between now and then and buy all the HDD's on sale as well. Once the right processor is released, the 3.0Ghz Quad or 3.2Ghz Quad, I'll buy the processor and the motherboard at once. Right now, I'm looking into buying a Thermaltake Armor+ case or the Antec 1200. I'm just waiting to find the right price.

I bought the Vendetta 2 for $15 bucks and I've got 6 x 120mm AC Ryan Blackfire fans ready to go for the next build. I just need to buy Cathodes and another sound inverter.

I'm about to buy the Logitec X-540 though so I can use it with my current Rig and put my Z-5500's on my Phenom. I figured, I might as well buy them while the price is low. But who knows, I might wait awhile.
