Right now Im strongly leaning towards either the:

Cooler Master TX2
or
CoolJag Falcon 92-AL

Both will fit in my case, and are fairly simple to install. I really dont want to remove the motherboard again to install a different support plate.

When I had my stock HSF, I can go to 3.0ghz without upping the voltage, of course, my temp was about 58-60load and 48-50 idle, and it wasn't stable. What I found that was stable is lowering the voltage to 1.26-1.28 then multiplier to 14x, haven't had a problem since, temp was around 46-48 idle to 56-58 load, and I do want to go further but it's summer, it's really hot here.

My motherboard has no options to lower stock voltages, only increase them.

Why such the heavy tag for the 9850... They're like $235 at TigerDirect...

I ended up ordering the Cooler Master TX2.

Also Foxconn tech support responded via email, the latest bios update does address the 'Adjust Multiplier' issue with the 9850. I updated the BIOS and it works.
