Default Budget Build Suggestions wanted

Well my friend asked if i could build him a PC. The things that were a must to him.

1. Widescreen LCD Monitor
2. Includes external hard drive for his music and work
3. Won't need to be upgraded for 4-6years.
4. Full system minus keyboard (wants a decent mouse not some cheapy)
5. ~$700.00 shipped

He isn't a gamer so it will be used for email, internet, and working with spreadsheets mainly. He wants to use it also for music and such. This is what i came up with. (There is no vid card since he doesn't play computer games)

Scroll down to see the list, apparently I dont know how to make a list public for some reason or another

Shipped it is $711.05 with no MIR's

Is there anything i can change in that build to get him a little bit more performance for the money?

Frankly it's a good build. The one small modofocation I'd make is to get say a 4400+ X2 and a higher quality PSU for the same $$, since it has to last 6 years. Other than that, get enough fans to cool everything (again to last 6 years).

yeah i noticed that the case didn't have any fans in it. I am looking at other cases and will probably get a higher quality psu for it like you suggested.

He wants to run Xp and not Vista so aero wont factor into it. I thought about just adding in a vid card for him, i'll take a look around to see if i can find a something that is decent at a cheap price.
