Agreed! Always put your ram in the same color slots to make sure dual channel is enabled.

haha, thats where you guys are wrong Dual channel on this motherboard is in slots 1 & 2 or 3 & 4. i know its stupid to have the slots look like they need to be in the same color.

I just use everest to check the bios version. or use cpu-z under the motherboard tab and it shows the bios version
