well they are very close in flow rate... I estimate that at the point which the water comes out of all four blocks it will flow at the rate the thermaltake pump can efficiently handle... but to settle all discussion on this issue i will post pictures and results when I am done... It will work fine guys... there's lots of kowledgable people here. I can see that... you really cant be sure how well any custom comp will perform until you actually see it running, but i have a good feeling it will work fine.

i looked at the stock watercooled 280's and wanted them... but thats another 1200 bucks... I evne tried to sell my pair of 8800's for 700; then i realized, wth am i doing. these cards work fine and will for a long time... you've got the 280's that enviable of course, but it boils down to how much money u are willing to spend to be on top of the pack. the majority of gamers run lessor cards then your's or mine... as long as I am still coming in first place and winning matches then i am ok.

Yes this thread does have a negative tone.

That generally happens when our advice is ignored or overlooked.

And it's pretty simple to know how something will perform beforehand, water cooling isn't a mystery really.
