Default Super Budget riug for strict office use

Need to build a new computer for the office, most tasks are going to performed in i.e. explore, Microsoft office and adobe pdf.

I already have 2gig ddr800 ram, and a dvd writer for the computer.

I need a processor, mobo, case+psu, windows xp pro and a harddrive.

I would pref like this to be around $300 but I cant seem to get any combination below $350, any ideas? Also I live in the USA, usually buy off of newegg.

If I go vista its going to end up being the same price since I would need to buy vista business.

Why would you need Vista business?
