Bad news. Got my new fans today, was about to put the radbox on and everything when it happened. I needed to enlarge the size of the holes on the Feser rad so I grabbed the drill started drilling, went through the hole and punctured the rad.
![]() Now I need a new rad, which sucks, but I think I am going to just go all out and grab myself a triple or a quad and eventually cool the new GTX 216. Any input?

I saw your other thread. If you punctured a flat portion of the rad you might get away with sealing it with some JB weld.

Just got 940 BE today and I'm currently going through a Windows 7 install. I'm about to place the order for the new W/C gear so I can't wait to see how it will all turn out.
The last purchases on this will be: HW Labs BIX 240 with Panaflo 86 cfm medium speed w/ 50 watt rheostat. Bitspower Bay Res. Eventually I might add a cheap 9500 GT for PhysX.

Sitting dead in the water right now with my mobo fried thanks to a BIOS flash issue.
Probably going to get a COSMOS 1000 to replace the 1200 for a better W/C setup.

Update:
Well the build is sort of on hold right now, as I will be moving into a Temjin TJ07. In the mean time of waiting for my RMA to come through on my mobo and of course the new case, I ordered a temporary rig to get up and running for the time being for school purposes. "The Temp" may get it's own build thread, but there really isn't anything too exciting going on inside (budget mobo and budget GPU, but a 9850 BE!) but it should keep me held over until I get the blackbird ready to go. Then "The Temp" will probably turn into a media PC for watching movies and surfing the web.

Best of luck to you. I built my sig rig for school purposes (i.e. software engineering, web design) and the Phenom II 940 hasn't let me down so far so you will not be disappointed.

Well apparently all of my stuff has been delivered (except for The Temp's mobo) so I should have both the Temp and the Blackbird up and running relatively soon.

Well The Temp is up and running. I did it in a hurry so there isn't a build thread for it. It isn't anything special anyway with a stock clocked 9850 BE and 9500 GT. It does get the job done however.
And also time for a little teaser shot. That is the motherboard tray for the TJ07. What a beautiful case by the way. This one is by far the best to work on, and I still have some holes to cut in the tray for wire management, but no worries. Still have to order some gel stuff from Petra's to knock out some of the vibrations that will be caused by the fans, but soon I will have this puppy back on line!
