ok being trying combo deals out on new egg and come up with this build,
total cost is $466.36 shipped for new cpu,mb,ram,1 sata drive,
Combo amd 940 and gigabyte mb for $330,
never used gigabyte but the reviews look good,

right now im on a old amd 3800 x2 i got back at the 1st of 2006,
on a asrock 939 dual board,
using 2gb of ram,
using a 8800gt 512mb msi video card i just got few months back,
my powersupply is enERMAX Liberty ELT500AWT 500W,
dont want to upgrade my video card or my ps right now,
i think this will be a major upgrade from this old comp im on i listed,
