This is for a "typical" user. No overclocking, no heavy gaming. Just average office/home stuff such as surfing and word processing with the occasional non demanding games.
This is a build for a local resell, so I'll probably ask $500-$550 for it and make a little. So decent build ? looks good for the use it will probably get, however, i would look into the 32 version OS instead of 64.

I would grab XP x86 instead of Vista since it only has 2GB of RAM and it's going to be used for light stuff.
