let me know what you think of this build and how you think it will perform i just bought it all from newegg..

I would spend the extra $50 and got with the M3A79-T Deluxe. Little bit better NB. More PICE. The 78 xfire runs at 8x where the 79 runs at 16x. I would predict 18s maybe higher

Go with the 79-T or take a chance on the Foxconn A79 and skip the raid config.

I would have got the deluxe but this one came in a combo with the phenom2 and the saffhire 4970x2 with $50 mail in rebate and $40 instant combo savings.
__________________Will I notice a differance between my current sig rig and this new build? BTW, I have already purchased this stuff.

yes you will. That 940 will OC better than the 9850, and the 4870 will blow out that 8800

emersonsc is right, I just got the M3A79-T and I installed my 9850 on it, I am able to hit 3.5 on Vista 64....
