Default $700 Budget Computer

Hey everyone, my grandma needs a new computer and her limit is $700. She is going to reuse her old monitor and mouse, she just needs the computer and a new keyboard. And yes people I come over and I play games so I would need to have it powerful. Don't skimp out, she wants Quad-Core, a big hard drive, allot of RAM (She hates waiting for programs to load that take a long time), and a graphics card that can play games for about 2Yrs(That's for me..)?

THANKS!

She likes this case:

She needs Operating System too!

That PSU you picked isn't really great. You'd be better of going with this case + PSU combo:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129024

It might be a little more, but having the PSU go bad wouldn't nice eh.

If I wanted to save more money and get a Phenom 8450 (Tri-Core) instead of the X4 could I OC it to at least 2.4Ghz on that motherboard you recommended?

My sig rig was ~$650 and I've loved it so far. I bought everything minus the secondary hard drives I had.

Yes but the Phenom II is much, much faster though. It's certainly worth the extra money.
