Default $1000 Canadian Phenom 2 920 build

Hi, I am looking to build a computer from scratch around the phenom 920. I will only be gaming very lightly on this machine and that is why I have gone pretty low spec on the graphics card. That is also I do not need a crossfire mobo. Keep in mind I am in Canada so these prices will be higher than the US, I am hoping to order all from NCIX using their pricematching to get the best prices. I am trying to keep it under $1000 total.

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=26456 Ram-$62
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...3&promoid=1058 19in Monitor-$155
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=36119 Mobo-$113
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=34536 4650-$70
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=35468 920-$224
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=23713 CPU Cooler-$33

Actual Total is $956.71 so I managed to keep it under $1000 but I have a few questions.
1) Will I be able to overclock with that mobo or does anyone have a better suggestion for a similarilly priced mobo, keeping in mind I dont need crossfire/onboard video?
2)Would I be much better off to simply spend the extra $50 or so and get the 940BE?

Thanks for looking and I look forward to your input.

IMO, Ncix is very overpriced on a lot of things. I suggest using www.Canadacomputers.com

Sometimes however, Ncix is lower on some things such as the Phenom II

Thanks for the suggestions, I do look at canadacomputers already and when they are lower than NCIX I just pricematch but thanks for the suggestion. For the mobo/cpu combo at newegg, yes, it is a good deal but after I pay the shipping and handling its up to $410, so I would get it actually cheaper by just buying it at NCIX, but is that a good mobo, the gigabyte DS4H? If so, I may just buy that from NCIX.

You might want to do some price matching if you are ordering from ncix.
