Pc won't post. Need some help.

New to Overclock.net
|
Pc won't post. Need some help.
I'm sure I've connected everything right, but I can't even get the fans to turn on. I've tried to boot with out ram, video card, harddrive, and cpu. I don't get any beeps or anything. What should I do?

Double check your connections
__________________did you boot with only one stick of ram plug in you cpu and our other components and or peripherals.

I would have everything connected just my opinion

Make sure the psu doesnt have a switch in the back that needs turned on. If thats not the issue make sure your connection for the power button is installed correctly. If you have polarity reversed it wont turn on. You motherboard manual will tell you if -+ is required a certain way.

lol, <_< I did it on purpose.
Does your motherboard light up at least? There should be like a small led indicator, I believe. Your system is powerful, but I think if you have at least 650-750W, you should be alright. Correct me if I'm wrong. That could be the problem, you might switched it off. Happens to me all the time.

check the PWR, RST, and other connections on your mobo.
something is not connected or connected incorrectly. I don't think this is a no post, more like no juice.
