It's time to upgrade the 3GHZ P4 with its 2GB of DDR ram and its measly 7600GT

well it fits ok. Everything it compatible but the GFX card is not very good and the CPU would also be just average for Gaming. What will this be used for?

hmm you may want to get a 4670 or a 4830 card and go for the X4 9550.
