yes but then he would need a solid state relay and some knowledge of how to hook it up correctly, he would also need to find some way of fitting 2 PSU's in the case. His 2nd rig will not require much power really. The first rig I would not trust with those tiny Generic PSU's. (im guessing they are generic at least.)
