well thats gonna be tough..I dont see any MB's posted for those rigs so you will have to find a MB for each of them...also those PSU's are super small ones and I think you would be better off getting a antec 500w from officemax or something.
I will add to this post as I go I guess... First of all you have the start of a pretty cool folding farm there. I bet if you looked around in the for sale section here you could find MBs for those chips for super cheap. One of the rigs you will need to run caseless but that's ok lots of people do that. I would try to make 1 rig with the best parts and 1 rig with the leftovers. The 2nd rig can use one of those PSU's you ahve the the better one will be better off with an antec 500. RIG 1 (AM2) Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 120Gb IDE 160Gb SATA x2 240-pin 512Mb DDR2 800 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231098 PCIe- GeForce 7300GT 16x DVD Rom IDE 52X CD-RW IDE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ake-_-17153052 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813186155 x1 Mid-Tower ATX RIG 2 (775) Pentium D 820 40Gb IDE 40Gb IDE x2 240-pin 512Mb DDR2 667 PCI- GeForce FX 5200 52x CD-RW IDE 250watt PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136033 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811147073

Well, If I gave you complete rigs to work with, then it wouldn't be a challenge.

ok i think two rigs would be good for those parts, because otherwise you would have to buy another CPU and GPU and probably RAM, as well as the case and motherboards you will have to buy.
so hows this: rig 1 AMD Athlon 64 X2 160GB SATA + 40GB IDE (if necessary) memory: x2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820104029 7300GT 16x DVD ROM 250 watt PSU (whichever is the best) motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130172 rig 2 pentium D 820 40Gb IDE 120Gb IDE x2 240-pin 512Mb DDR2 667 x2 240-pin 512Mb DDR2 800 (both will work at the same time at 667 right?) FX 5200 x2 52x CD-RW IDE 250 watt PSU (second best) case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811147073 motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128357 (you may find the onboard is actually superior to the FX 5200... just a report from a G31 user) if you could give us an exact budget for the two rigs (pooled), because for example the case from newegg may be better than the one you currently have, and it would be foolish not to use it in the better rig just because it's "out of budget for the first one but not for the second" ya?

If you're only building two, you know you can use multiple PSUs in one PC.
