The same video card for cheaper from MSI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127394

Your RAM link is actually the video card again, but this would be a good choice: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820220293

I would consider a phenom II 940 as it is considerably faster for not a whole lot more. There are some good combo deals on newegg with the 940.

For a power supply, this little guy will be enough though you may want to go with the 550W: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139003

Link for the RAM is wrong. But I would make sure the voltages of the RAM are within the motherboard's limits. Check the motherboard manufacturer's website. What do you plan on doing with this computer?

I would recommend a mobo with the 750SB to be able to OC and get either the 940 or the 9950 125Watt version.

It's a southbridge. Part of the motherboard.

or just type in the search field
"SB750"

Its an important part for OCing the Phenoms.

Hmm...they look ok, just make sure you don't get a board with onboard video and I'd recommend either the cheapest ASRock, Asus, Gigabit, or if you can DFI.

Maybe this one

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157141

but this one looks pretty good

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128381

Either one will allow you to upgrade to AM3 if you want to.
