much cheaper.

only downside is in crossfire, one slot in x16, other in x8.

since it's PCIe 2.0, it shouldn't bottleneck much anyways.

Stick around and you will
Both are great MBs, have the current prefered SB750 south bridge chip and OC well, so for the price the Giga is the best buy.

Default about the MOBO's

Both are good and some are not aware that Foxconn is only new as far as their namebrand; they've been punching out boards for a lot of the BIG companies builds. Gigabyte Foxconn delima is where I am at with my current build list though the model numbers are different. I'd say it really depends on what you plan to do in the GPU area. Good luck and have fun

The Foxconn has more ports but has a clunky bios and also 1 less pci slot (that might be needed if you run both a sound card and wireless adapter card or any other combo).

I've looked these 2 cards over for a few hours, Gigabyte wins unless you plan on running more than 2 vga cards bridged.
