intel is alot better than AMD but for your price range, i'd try and stick with amd.

Nothing wrong with that. Actually, that's what I did when I ran dual monitors. I kinda had to use DVI adaptors tho, two CRT's with non-replaceable cords.

It is a little bit more, but pretty darn good!

You could even go with an e5200 and a 650 watt corsair psu or 500watt antec earthwatts or something. I forgot the cpu fan, so get a 1283 xigmatek!

As far as the dual monitors...no. Your HD4830 will come with the DVI adaptors incase your second monitor is VGA, and it is more than sufficient to run your desktop on both. Just don't try gaming on both.

ok, but like would i just use like a hdmi to dvi adapter? cuz the card only has one dvi port.

or go to dual cards?
as i now know, i need a 1GB gpu to keep up with the size/resolution i will be at.

For an Intel build, the Xigmatek S1283 Dark Knight is a great buy. It has great performance at a low price as well as the bracket, eliminating the use of push-pins! Worth the money imo
