Default My First Build - Comments Welcome

I have been researching building my first pc for quite some time.

Here is what I have so far:

AMD Athlon 5000+ BE (Bought this and the ram listed below last year) Might as well put them to use.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231087

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=T925-4102

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=B450-2378

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...9&sku=L12-1190

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=O261-2020

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=E145-9858

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=M333-3000

I'm still working on a HD and a few odds and ends.

I'm hoping this will work for now, yet give me some room to upgrade later on.

PC will mainly be used to play a few games. WOW mainly. Other than that just general use.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Pretty solid build. I'm glad I looked at your post, that power supply is just what I needed to go along with a Black/Red build i'm doing. Hope they have a more powerful version.

For the CPU cooler, you could go with the Cooler Master V8, or the Almighty TRUE.

Thanks for the input. As much as I would like to go all out on this, I kinda hate to let the processor and ram I already have go to waste. I'll think on it a bit more. Comments are still welcome.

Thanks

Default First Build Updated

Did some swapping round with a few things and here is what i came up with.

http://www.tigerdirect.com/cgi-bin/ShoppingCart.asp

I think this build would give me the ability to use the CPU and Ram I have now, yet still give me the option to upgrade later.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks

Default Here We Go

Lets see if this works:

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=T925-4102

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=B450-2378

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...9&sku=L12-1190

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=M333-3000

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...sku=M333-ZT100

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=P450-4850

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...ku=TSD-640AAKS

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=O261-2008

Like I said swapped a few things around, and I think this will leave me room to upgrade later.

Between Tiger and Newegg I think there was like 10-15 Dollars difference in price.

Total comes to just over $600 shipped.

Thanks
