I will replace my sig rig next year.

This build is intended for fun, to have a 'netbox', everyday computer ! Light gaming (Diablo III, Starcraft II) And photo editing.

I've tried to keep the price down to a minimum budget.

I forgot .....

Will it be enough to play Diablo III and SC2 ? And left 4 dead / TF2 ?

What's is a "Dragon" platform ?

Should I switch to the new 4770, and crossfire it, or juste go with a 4870x2,

and should i just skip to intel ?! for max performance ? because, it was supposed to be a BUDGET gaming build, but now at that price, witha 4870x2, it's not budget anymore..

i know it will be able to play to play TF2 and L4D with no problems. As far as Starcraft 2 and Diable III, it probably will be alright to play those games, but like others have said, the price will probably come down on it, and u can get the Phenom II 710 or 720 for a pretty decent price right now, and by next year the price will probably bring it down even more. My guess is that Diablo III and Starcraft 2 or gonna be more CPU intensive as well as more video intensive
