They are heat piped designs on the AMD coolers, but they arent spectacular, if you didnt want to spend much money Id look at the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 or a Xigmatek.

You will wish when the time comes, that you had bought an aftermarket cooler, because you will eventually start overclocking that bad boy.

Although your PSU might be an issue down the road if you do choose to overclock more than just a minor multiplier change.

Nice rig, congrats on your new one!

Very nice build.Im glad to see people still building with AMD.Im seriously considering going back to AMD.Intel is just over rated and over priced imho.AMD is just as good for gaming and that the real reason i built my PC not for high bench mark scores even though i like it when my system stomps someone else's...lol

IF he wants to OC it further and is hold back by temps THEN he can buy an aftermarket cooler.

I don't think he is gonna be running out of PSU wattage unless he CF's that 4770.

Nice budget gaming build you got there mate

Today I had received all the parts, and the computer is built. There are some problems that occurred, but I have dealt with it.

I dunno thats a bit odd, since both my 9950 and my 6000+ 3.1 windsor came with just about the same HSF....

Yep, my 940 came with a cooler, which I still wonder why AMD chooses to include HSF's with some of their BE processors and not others. My 5000+BE didn't come with one.
