Me personally thinking along the lines of future proofing his comp, I think he wanted to get enough power for a 2nd vid card so sticking with the 650 isn't a bad idea.

I do agree going with the 4770 card though as it has more solid tech in it to provide better performance in an overclock.

Antec 300 is a great case It totally depends on what your looking for.

MijnWraak: Overkill or not, I don't really want to buy a less-powered PSU for future upgrading reasons. Also, the case I'm getting should be better than the Antec 300 in terms of stock cooling system.

Oh btw, I just looked it up on Gigabytes website. I think only the DDR3 version of that board supports ACC for X3 unlocking, so I would go for the combo deal with the Biostar.

i'm still looking for more combo deals for hd memory and power supplys but am having a difficult time

edit: failed at finding any more combo deals, the u.s newegg site is slow for me considering i'm in canada, so i give up its still worth browsing around too see if you can find anything else but thats the best i can do for ya. atleast you can get a 4870 now if you decide the go with the combo's i put

I downgraded the PSU(I know, I said I wouldn't) because I just felt that it would be a LONG time before I would upgrade anything significant such as a processor that would need the extra watts. Soo... There it is, the OCZ with $30 rebates, coming to $29.99 :P

P.S. Oh yeah, the case... I just decided to go with a different case because I wanted something that was more flashy and nice looking. I'm not exactly sure how the airflow is on that particular case compared to the CM RC-690 case I had before. They both cost the same, but the one I have has FREE SHIPPING!

So does anyone know how much airflow the Mystique RC-632S has??? THANKS!

I love my CM 590. It is a good solid quality case and its pretty clean so you can mod it any way you want. Also has great airflow with plenty of room for lots of fans if need be.

Corsair PSU is very solid and if you decide later that you have a spare $100 you will probably drop another GPU in there before anything due to gaming being more GPU oriented then anything. Check the newegg review differences...just scary to think your PSU which touches every component will be bad or fail...scares me anyway. If you slack on anything I wouldn't do it with the PSU.

Also, I can't honestly say I know much about the CM Mystique and I haven't seen it much on these forums which leads me to believe unpopular on enthusiast site means that it can't be all that great. Me personally I don't see it having good airflow at all due to the front of the case not having ANY room for a front intake fan which is where 95% of people have their air being "intaked" from. Then again if you open up the front "doors" it does have the intake available...so if your keen with (did I just say KEEN?!?) having the front doors open while your on your comp then that will do just fine. But again I haven't heard anything about this case at all.

EDIT: Also, I recommend removing the hex mesh over any fan holes you plan on utilizing and purchasing some wire guards. This will increase air flow and decrease noise substantially. Purchase some cheap Yate Loons Mid-Speed and use those for case air flow as the stock ones will be crud.....get a San Ace or Panaflo 38mm (fat) fan for the CPU cooler as the stock will be noisy and useless.

EDIT(2): Sorry, but did you mean that I should buy some separate fans as well as the CPU cooler? You said that I should remove the hex mesh over any fan holes I plan on utilizing, so would those fan holes be used by separate fans other than the CPU cooler?
If so, how much are the fans for the fan holes? Or did you just mean that I should remove the hex mesh JUST for the airflow??

Panaflo's are great fans for your cooler.

Don't have experience with that case but it looks good. I guess my vote would still be the CM590.

All other changes looked fine.

Yes seperate fans for case air flow. I would go with some Yate Loons Medium speed or go with high speed fans and a rheobus fan controller to make your case silent when you want it. Petra tech shop has the good quality Yate's. So basically cut the hex mesh, you can see an example in my sig link for my air cooling overhaul, and install the Yate's over the hole with a wire fan guard. Got it?
