Second Build:.




Which Build is better for gamer.Does it worth to buy 940 Phenom for gaming?
Computer will be overclocked.Just say which rig would be better

The rig above will be much better due to the 4870 CF for 1 reason. May i also reccomend a CPU with 4 cores like the 940 Phenom from the other system. Good luck and have fun.

So,PH710+CF4870 < PH940+CF4770.Okey,worth to change something? I was thinking GPU>CPU in games.I'm wrong???

It's a pretty good CPU. Should get to 3.4~3.6GHz on that board.

Not necessarily, but you would have a chance at unlocking the 4th core. Games nowadays don't even fully utilize duals (okay, many newer ones do), let alone quad. The triple core phenoms are great for gaming builds, plus the 4870 will certainly pull ahead of the 4770...You may want to consider grabbing one or two 4890's if your budget allows, even a 4870+4890 would be sweet

Edit: Grab a TRUE (Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120) or a Noctua for higher OC's, and a Xiggy for a mid-high OC.
