You've probably already read these elsewhere, but here's a few things you could consider:
Remove the 3.5" drive cage for increased airflow from the front 230mm. Just a few rivets and bam you've got so much more room
Mount one of the 230mm fans to the back of the 5.25" bay and remove the front metal bay covers (not the clip-in grills obviously)

wait what!!!?? why would i take the 3.5" out its hold my hard drives!!!! Ill have ot look at it when i have the accually case in front of me though.

Get yourself some 3.5 -> 5.25 inch bracket things, in my case I've got the DVDR in the top bay, and both of my hard drives in the two bays directly beneath. There's a 230mm fan mounted on the 5.25" bay just under the bottom drive pulling air through the front empty 5.25 bays and blowing it across the RAM and to the CPU HSF. I'll get you pics tomorrow if you want. If you're going for an air setup I think it's a pretty efficient use of space!

EDIT:: this is what I'm talking about for mounting your 3.5" HDDs into the 5.25" bay :
