So you did a BIOS update and it was not interupted, but you said it was afterwards?

What do you mean it was interupted afterwards?

Apparently this board does not play nice with 1066 ram, it will down clock it to 800. Lots of problems with this board including the BIOS needing updating right out of the box. Seems the BIOS updating is what caused your problem.

If by any chance you get to the bios, manually set the ram settings and voltage. Also try different slots with one stick of ram.

If the board was ok, then you would get beeps complaining of the video card, or the memory, or if it was not getting enough power because a power cable got nicked loose.

Or you would hopefully hear the all mighty POST beep telling you everything is ok.

If you can't get to the bios settings, then its not posting.

Did you try booting with one stick of ram?
I would try one slot at a time see if it boots, and also try gain with a different stick of ram just to make sure that by some bad luck that stick was bad.

IF it boots go into bios and set the correct timings and volts.

1- is your power plugged in?
2- is it switched on?
3- do you see a led on your mobo?
4- did u realy clear cmos, even so, do it again.
5- check internal power supplies and compatability

now all left for you to do if it doesnt work that way:
try with just the hdd0, power supply, 1xram, processor and mobo.
(maybe put fan on cpu xD)
and
add hardware one by one and check where it fails.
