Default new build??

So does this look like a good build?

cpu - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103674
thermal grease - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835100007
heatsink - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835887016 (I want something that can point towards the back of the case for easy exhaust of hot air if this isn't good.)
case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129043
ram - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227310
gpu (one or two, haven't decided yet. maybe just one and use fraps to see if i want another) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...XFX-_-14150359
psu - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ing-_-17341011

Let me know if something isn't right. Remember, no budget. My meter is kind of down now, but the income should be flowing pretty quickly now with massive overtime until graduate school in September :-D

Default

the GD-70 yeah its an okay board but if your overclocking dont it doesnt have 8 + 2 Phase power so the power distributed to the CPU wont be as stable.

Get the Gigabyte 790FXT UD5P or just the FX if your going DDR3 ram

I was going to get that same motherboard but since my goal is 4.0 with overclocking yeah i decided not to.

EDIT: LINKS DONT WORK (the motherboard link works though)
