I would try to get a different brand PSU like Corsair or something, but aside from the PSU it looks like a great build.

An HDD With More Cache Would Be Nicer.

And I'd Get At Least A Cheap CPU Cooler Like This:

Very Good Benches For A Low Profile Cooler.

Also If You Wanted To "Upgrade" The Build Abit More - I'd Go With This Memory:

Its Only A Tad More Expensive - And It Runs At A Faster Speed By Default With Low Timings (Its Also My Favorite O.C. DDR3 Memory Ever )

With That Cooler And That Other Memory - You'll Be Set
