You will need to change the RAM to dual channel, board doesnt take triple channel. Unless you have something in mind for the extra stick of RAM

I think you will be gaming. Then I suggest you take the PhII x3 720BE which performs better than the 810, and I would get an HD4770 and OC that thing which is way better and cheaper than the 8800GTS.

Phenom 2 720BE outperforms AMD Phenom II X4 810? 720BE a TRI core vs a quadcore really?

yes, but in time where more and more games are made for quads you will see the tri's fall behind, but by then you will have moved on to bigger and better stuff... so save some $$ now and get a tri.
I will try and find the link to the proof, but it's not like it is a substantial win, benchmark scores are lower *of course* but in game performance is slightly higher
here is one you can navigate to see tri proof
*I don't know why they used such old games, but not like it matters it's a cpu test not gpu*

Looks good

I'd also go with the 4770.

Cheaper and Less stress on that PSU.

I suggest a larger hard drive 320 minimum.

It's not really that tri core's are better than quads, but the PhII 810 isn't really a gaming CPU and also lacks cache memory. If you want a quad, get a killer 945 or 955.
