Alright. Are you guys able to do any better? If you can make this build cheaper, but keep the same power that would be great! Does everything go together cohesively? Also, does anyone know what size of CPU cooler I can have that will fit inside this case? Let me know of any changes! Thanks.

I'm quite doubtful that you guys are able to read my link. I shared it on Newegg but the damn thing wont appear. Uhhrg. Let me know! Thanks.

why not keep your current build, and update the case and graphics card? throw in a GTX 285 and some lanbox case. Your cpu is still great. Maybe a 1TB WD black for $100.

GTX 285 $300 after MIR shipped
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130480

WD Black 1TB $95 shipped
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136284

thermaltake lanbox case $80 shipped
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811133045

youll need a microATX board. so heres a dfi lanparty junior P45 board. $110
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...p45%20microATX

by keeping some parts, you are way under budget! And you can sell what you dont use!

Edited for the 720 BE. Would an extra core cause heat problems?
Looks like the CPU would be a bottleneck to something like the GTX285. Heat is going to be a problem when overclocking...

The swapping of parts is an amazing idea. The only thing is I was hoping to part some PC parts to my less fortunate friends. Ah well, I can still give them a kick-ass GPU. Thanks guys, you're awesome.

Good pick on the x3 720. If the LCD is around 22", another good option is gtx260 216 and OCed it to gtx280.

I am considering building a "portable" system myself, I was recommended this case by a buddy. Although it is pricey he said it is very nice and excellent quality.
