Just posted a screenshot of my build. Best setup for under $500 for gaming IMO.

Cheap AMD quads suck, but the more expensive Phenom 2s are very good. Intel dual cores will always beat AMD dual cores. Like I said, you will have much worse performance with a cheap quad core than you will with a good dual core, even without overclocking.

what can i over clock the 7400 to???

and can i over clock that graphics card???

I'd say you can overclock the E7400 to at least 3.4-3.6ghz with a good cooler. I have my E6400 overclocked to 3.4ghz right now (stock 2.13ghz). And you can definitely overclock that video card, it is awesome. The setup I made for you is so much better than that ibuypower it is ridiculous.

Keep in mind a good CPU cooler is more money, I would recommend the Xigmatek Dark Knight if you choose to upgrade.
