Default $1000 budget, Multiple build?....

So this is my current setup right now. I don't really game, but once every blue moon I do like to play a game or so CS Source or L4D. Waiting for SC2, but who knows how long that will be.....

Phenom X4 9500
Asus M3N78 PRO
Sparkle GeForce 9400 GT 1GB
WD Caviar 500GB + Hitachi 500GB in RAID 0
Generic Case w ULTRA LS500 500W PSU
8GB-OCZ SLI PC6400 DDR2 800MHz

I'm looking to upgrade to a PII X4 940 or 955, whichever is cheapest, but I have another issue I need to build a computer for my sister (graduation present) and my niece and nephews. (so 2 computers in total)

I have a few extra parts laying around....

generic atx case
250gb sata drive
random dvd burner
4gb ddr2 memory
2-350 watt psu
(optional)... take off one 500gb drive and 4gb ram off my current setup. Also my video card, which I could later on upgrade.
And these computers would be running Vista Ultimate 64.

My sister nor my nieces and nephews game, so they should be sufficient with the built in video on the mobo; the most hardcore game they'd play would be the sims.

In my mind... I was thinking of getting a X3 720 for the kids, and my sister having a X4 9500. All systems would basically have 4gb of ram. I don't think my current mobo supports OC'ing, so I would possibly have to change that.

Is my build(s) possible? Any suggestions?

for about 600$ you could build 2 cheap systems with an onboard gpu. But since you already have a hd a burner ram and a psu itd be around 400-500 ish.
