It's say go with a 4850/4870. They're really cheap here on the forums and even new. Then go for a 22" monitor so you can play games at a decent resolution.

See I am new to the whole overclocking. Im sure a begginer such as myself when it comes to actual building and system setup wont be able to unlock anywhere near 4ghz

Those were older PSUs.

The Rosewill units use the same OEM units as the PC Power & Cooling IIRC. And are much higher quallity than the basiqs.

Also, rule of thumb with PSU's today, don't buy a PSU that is not 80plus certified.
