Default Budget Gaming PC $$650$$ Help!-First Build!

OK! So I am Fairly new to the pc world, switching from consoles which die on me too soon. I am looking for a PC as advanced as my money will take me. I have around 650 dollars for components + whatever shipping may be. I absolutely want to go for a AMD.

I have done a little bit of research myself. Only to overthink it and assume i am not getting the most for my money, perhaps someone of greater knowledge can give me a few suggestions.

Must Do's:
1) Web browsing/ School
2) Gaming -Diablo III(when it comes out) along with SC2. Would like to enjoy crysis if possible.

I could also upgrade a few other components, I wont be needing windows, or mice and keyboard. thats 114 I could use somewhere else. Possibly move to a x3 rather than x2, also i have a 19 inch monitor so another 100 there.

Besides that, this puts what i had in mind to shame. I was defenitly looking in the wrong areas.

Or Linux

The build Tator made is pretty decent. Perhaps a better monitor would be in order considering it's one of the least upgraded components in a computer atm.
