i agree with that and i like the 940. it clocks well. but tator is right when he says the am3 is the better build for upgrading in the future. you could always get the 940 now and downt he road get an am3 processor use it for a bit and then when u can afford get an am3 board and ddr3 ram. but as of now the upgrade to am3/ddr3 is expensive
