Avoid that list. Lemme tweak that for you hold on

AMD X4 940 + Biostar 790GX $209 http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.209473
OCZ LV 9600 2x2gb $80 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227454
Silverstone 700w $130 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817256045
Sapphire Vapor 4890 $222 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102841
320gb WD HD $50 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136098
Scythe Mugen 2 $37 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...&Tpk=mugen%202

The hard drive is faster, has 2x as much space for $10 more.
Why go DDR3 when you can go DDR2 and save money? If you must go DDR3 I'll find a cheaper alternative for you
The Scythe Mugen 2 performs better than the Zalman he picked
The 4890 have different models you can pick. Either go with the one I picked, or XFX, or Asus as they have a nice cooling design on one of their models...
That is some of the best DDR2 your going to find.

I'm in your budget by $2!!! And I fit a quad in there

Here is a 650w Corsair power supply...I recommend getting this.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139005

I would also throw in another $20 for this processor, AMD Phenom II X4 810 2.6GHz

do not buy an overpriced zalman heatsink, thats the only thing wrong with the first build IMO. get a mugen 2, true, noctua, or megahalems
