New to Overclock.net

About to buy. Any Suggestions?
So after going back and for about i7 or 955BE, I finally came up (with the help of OCN) with this build. It is right at my budget so any suggested replacements need to be at the same price point. I'm using it for gaming, video editing, and general everyday use. See anything wrong, or fit issues? I appreciate any advice!

I'm actually selling a 955 BE and 2x2 kit of 1600 mhz OCZ Reapers (MSI GD-70 board and 4850 as well, but doesn't look like you'd be interested in those).
