I don't think I need a "Swiss army knife" for a monitor.

Ok, well this is OVerclock.net so just grab a Phenom II X4 940 and overclock it, that board is a pretty good choice and that onboard gpu is actually quite capable at low resolutions, my friend has one. You DO NOT NEED a 750w power supply, you'll be just fine with a 500w unless you plan to crossfire so you can save some money there.
Take my firm advice and get a monitor that supports 1920x1080/1200 otherwise you'll regret it(I do, though I love my LCD)
Don't buy the 4830 if you plan on going 5000 series. Save yourself the money, you can even play L4D on the onboard HD3300.
Other than that it doesn't look like you've listed a hard drive or an OS, are you going to reuse one you've already got?

OS and HDD are already sorted out thanks
Are you sure 500W will be enough? Also the ASUS monitor is 1920x1080
Also...the 790X doesn't have integrated graphics does it? The MSI 790GX-GD65 is 5 EUR cheaper. So it will last me until the end of September?
Oh and the 955 and 940 are very similar in price...only a 10 EUR difference, so no much point in getting the 940? I'll be saving up and getting an aftermarket cooler also, so I won't be overclocking until that (maybe some undervolting).

Oh, if the cpu's are that close in price then yeah, get he 955.

Trust me on the 500 watts being enough, I have an overclocked e8400 @3.8Ghz, 4gb ram, OC'd 4890, 4 SATAII hard drives, optical, three 120mm fans, and my 500 watt is more than up to the task. Just be sure whatever you get is 80+ certified.
Good to hear the higher resolution, I'm going to be buying a new monitor so I can game at higher resolutions and watch HD video.

A neighbour! :P Hello there XD.
Im in Cyprus too, but can't find cheap places that ship here.
I'll get a solid 500W then. I do photoshop as well so the quad helps
I guess I'll use my cousins 7600GT until the DX11 cards come out.
Thanks for the input everyone!
