Keep your DDR2 RAM, and wait for the release of the GT3** and HD58** to buy a new video card. This will give you, a "useful upgrade".

Also make sentences.

well i would go with ddr3. especially with your budget. and if you are keeping your 720BE, HDD, Case, and PSU then i would get
Sapphire 4890 - $200
OCZ Gold DDR3 1600 - $90
Asus Crosshair III - $200
this comes to a grand total of $490
but sense you dont live in the US you wont be able to buy from there. but the links should give you an idea of the cost and what to get
good luck
but the thing is. the new series video cards will be coming out soon. so i would wait on those

The thing is with this is that you can probably get 200-300 dollars for your 2 9800GTX's. And you will be able to buy one 4980, but those 9800's will probably be faster than a single 4890. But that's your choice to make, but I would not do it.

Get the ASUS 4890. If you get the ASUS TOP Super ML cap version, it's already over-clocked to 900MHz
