pretty good deal but i personally hate doing rebates. If you looked around and waited for deals im sure you can find those parts for a more affordable rig.
__________________But if your impatient and cant wait then it seems decent.

Thats a really good deal on a barebone system with a 955 and a 4890.

I dont think its that good. Your only saving $70 and you could make that up with parts on sale. I wouldn't want to mess with MIR, they are stupid.

First off, black edition processors do come with heat sinks and fans. Actually AMD did a decent job this time around of including a set up with some copper and heat pipes in it. Not going to battle with anything aftermarket, but better than the typical stock deal. On the note of the 955 though, they're about $20 over standard price now a days.
