But you forgot an optical drive

yeah looks good, but you should consider the phenom II X2 550be its a good chip.

yeah that was my original cpu i was going with but i wanted cheaper and would 1mb extra on the cache and 0.1ghz change a lot?

The cache:
It may when the system is under very high loads as thats when the additional cache adds to the performance.

The speed:
If your not OCing it may much like the cache effect at high load.

Well its based on the quad core phenom and actually has 2 extra cores on it, and it is possible with the right mobo to unlock these disabled cores (not always). Its only a little bit more, the 550 has an L3 cache the 250 doesn't, you should also consider a Scythe Mugen-2 for cpu cooler. As for motherboard the BIOSTAR TForce TA790GX A3+ would be great it just costs a bit more (and has the possibility to unlock the extra cores) rather buy it a bit more expensive and have it last longer and it would be faster.
