Hey, I'm new here, not sure if its the right place to post but I'll post my system here
CPU:AMD Phenom X3 Triple-Core Black Edition @2.41 GHz, OC to 2.92 GHz
GPU:Ati Radeon HD 4670 (by PowerColor) 1GB GDDR3 PS 4.1 DX 10.1
Memory: 4,6GB DDR2-SDRAM 400mhz
MB:Asus M3A78-EM
PSU: don't really know, its like a no name, on it it says 430W but i dubt it has so much
Case: noname
CPU FAN:Asus Triton 81 (Idle:20.5 degrees, full load: 34 degrees)
not the best but i lie it, i might buy a laptop later..
but atm, i have a question, why can't i overclock my CPU more? the temperatures are low, i think its due to the PSU, it ain't enough strong to resist..

welcome

what settings are you using to OC your chip? have you tried increasing your voltage? and what CPU Cooler are you using?

to OC:
bus speed: 216.1mhz
multiplier: 13.5x
my core voltage is 1.280V, if i raise it my PC crashes or i get a bluescreen
edit-my PCu cooler is an asus triton 81
