Excellent PSU's for the price.

And either CM 690 or Storm Scout for the case

What about an Antec 300 case cause it is within your budget when with the OCZ PSU:

Like those cases are they full towers? was hoping for a smaller case.

The smaller the better as long as the goods fit with decent air flow

ehh. the 550 BE is actually better in most cases, and in the end a better processor for gaming . Encoding and stuff that utilizes multiple cores favor a quad, but for the price the 550BE is a good buy. Also if your lucky, you can unlock it to a quad which is a bonus :P

oh and he clearly stated au which is Australian. I don't think he can get stuff sent from newegg!

There might be threads on the forum but I cant really find a link at the moment. There are a few youtube videos on unlocking if you want to view them.

Remember unlocking isn't 100% It depends on batch and what not. I would say there's a 75% chance.

If you don't want to risk it, just get a Athlon quad.

620 x4 vs 550BE http://www.anandtech.com/bench/default.aspx?p=106&p2=97
