Default My first amd build

Hi guys
Here is the build I am looking to order tonight.
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128378
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103674
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146870 (I know there is a 4gb kit of this but for some reason it is cheaper to buy 2 2gb sticks, and it has free shipping)
GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102858
Monitor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236052 (I am looking for critiques on this monitor, I don't want to spend more than $180)
HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136319

I'm pretty much set on the mobo, cpu and gpu I think. But if you can think of something better for the other components for a better price feel free to suggest it. Feedback greatly appreciated.

I haven't researched much into the matter so i can't be sure if it is or isn't...but if that CPU is not a C3 you should pick a C3 CPU instead

Just do some mundane searching as to why and you will find you answer

Sooo got the gpu and put every thing together. Now I am having problems with the computer locking up. It does it at random times, nothing really triggers it(as far as I can tell).

When I first started trying to get windows installed the cd drive would spin up as if it was gong to read the disk but then just stop. I finally got it to work by opening and closing the drive just before pressing any key to boot from cd. Then when I finally got to the installation process it was soo slow. I tried from both a flash drive and dvd, so I don think the dvd drive is the culprit. now Windows hangs at random times. So I can't tell weather this is a hardware issue or what. Anyone else having these kind of problems? I was going to flash the bios but before I do that I figured I would ask first.
