I don't think the Gigabyte board overclocks very well. The manual states that the AGP/PCI frequencies depend on the CPU frequency. Thus, you cannot lock your AGP/PCI busses, which is bad. You don't want to overclock these busses if you value your video card...
Only a mild overclock is recommendable.
